Guardian Network Integrity
Human-in-the-Loop Ethics, Consensus Security & Forensic Protocol • Effective: 2026
Nosè combines smart on-device AI screening with a community of vetted human Guardians. Because real people review threats, our system is built from the ground up to protect your privacy: reviewers only see anonymized scam text, work independently to prevent bias, and never have access to your personal identity.
1. Guardian Vetting & Code of Conduct
Nosè Guardians are not anonymous crowd-workers; they are verified community defenders, cybersecurity researchers, legal scholars, and trained youth leaders across communities worldwide.
- Identity Verification: Every prospective Guardian undergoes thorough identity verification, scam-pattern assessment tests, and credential auditing prior to reviewing threats.
- Strict Confidentiality: Guardians are bound by legally enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Any attempt to capture or share verification submissions outside the platform results in immediate expulsion and legal action.
- Impartiality & Non-Discrimination: Guardians evaluate threats solely based on factual evidence, never discriminating by user demographics, location, or language.
2. Independent Consensus & Anti-Bias Protocol
To eliminate personal bias and ensure reliable answers, Nosè uses an automated multi-reviewer checking process:
- 100% Anonymized Distribution: Before any reviewer sees a submission, all personal information (names, phone numbers, account balances) is automatically blurred out. The threat is then sent to 3 independent reviewers in different locations.
- Blind Independent Evaluation: Guardians review cases in complete isolation without seeing each other's opinions or votes until the final decision is recorded.
- Consensus Decision: A clear verdict requires agreement among reviewers. Split decisions automatically escalate to a Senior Security Auditor.
- Collusion & Spam Detection: Automated algorithms detect coordinated voting patterns or unusual speed-clicking, instantly pausing any suspicious reviewer accounts.
3. Urgent Priority Queue & Victim Support
Speed is critical when users encounter active financial scams, fake login portals, or urgent fake payment requests:
- Urgent Priority Queue: Submissions flagged with urgent danger signs (such as banking login threats, dangerous APK downloads, or impersonation of bank officials) jump straight to our priority queue for review in under 60 seconds.
- Direct Emergency Guidance: When active financial fraud is confirmed, users receive immediate step-by-step guidance—including direct emergency hotlines to national cyber units (e.g., Patroli Siber, BSSN, Cyber673) and bank account freeze hotlines.
- Zero Financial Intermediation: Nosè and its Guardians never request, touch, or hold user money or payments under any circumstance.
4. Evidence Preservation & Privacy Protection
Many scam victims need documentation to report incidents to authorities or banks. Nosè preserves digital evidence to reliable standards:
- Tamper-Proof Evidence Fingerprints: Each submitted screenshot and threat report receives a secure digital fingerprint (SHA-256 hash) to verify that the evidence has not been modified.
- Zero Personal Data Stored: Personal details (phone numbers, sender names, bank accounts) are permanently scrubbed before any threat pattern is logged, keeping your privacy protected under Indonesian (UU PDP) and regional privacy regulations.
- Scam Pattern Alerts: Verified scam links, rogue APK signatures, and fraudulent account patterns are shared with cyber safety alliances to take down active scam networks.
5. Responsible AI & Fair Appeals
AI delivers speed, but fairness and human accountability always come first:
- Private AI Scanning: AI models run locally on your device or in private secure cloud environments. Your personal messages and screenshots are never used to train public commercial AI models.
- Right to Appeal: If a legitimate business message, website, or organization is mistakenly flagged as a scam ("False Positive"), owners can file an instant expedited appeal through our public review channel. Appeals are arbitrated by independent Senior Security Analysts.
- Continuous Audits: Guardian accuracy scores and review quality are systematically audited every 30 days to maintain high standards.
